Keynvor Morlift (KML) is an international marine contractor based in Falmouth. We specialise in shoreline, coastal, and offshore marine services, with extensive experience across marine renewable energy construction, project cargo handling, marine civil engineering, salvage operations, and a range of offshore and specialist marine services.
The Role
We are seeking General Marine Labourers to support our operations from our base at Falmouth Wharves.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the general and planned maintenance of equipment and vessels.
Supporting project mobilisation and demobilisation.
Carrying out steel preparation and paint application tasks, particularly if you have experience in the marine or civil construction sectors.
Adhering to strict health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Maintaining a professional attitude when representing KML on-site and during client interactions.
Occasionally working away from home, as KML operates a fleet of specialist marine vessels across the UK and Europe.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in the marine or civil construction sectors.
Experience within the building industry (highly desirable).
Experience working offshore (highly desirable).
Welding and fabrication experience (highly desirable).
CPCS/NPORS certifications for plant equipment operation (highly desirable).
ENG1 Seafarer's Medical and STCW10 PST (Personal Survival Techniques) - if not already held, you will be encouraged to obtain these.
