In 13 years, we have grown to a level where we have 11 depots across the UK (mostly in Scotland) and a large fleet of tankers and flatbeds delivering diesel, gas oil, home heating oil, lubricants, AdBlue, gas bottles and fuel tanks out of those depots to a range of agricultural, commercial and domestic customers.
We also sell fuelcards for drawing out our network of sites across the country.

ROLE SUMMARY:
Work as part of our small Marine team to deal with customer orders, banking, invoicing, admin, customer pricing and have experience in using Codas, We are seeking a dedicated Marine Sales Administrator to join our team in Falkirk. This role is vital in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless communication with our marine clients, contributing to our company's growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate marine sales activities to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Assist in developing new business opportunities within the marine sector.
Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of fuel supplies.
Prepare sales proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the marine fuel industry.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations relevant to marine fuel distribution
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Responding to e-mail and telephone enquiries from existing and new marine fuels customers.
Processing marine fuel orders.
Liaising with Transport Department and customers to ensure delivery success.
Processing and filing all associated marine paperwork.
Submitting duty re-claims to HMRC.
Maintaining and updating relevant marine spreadsheets.
Monitoring and maintaining marine fuel stock levels.
Providing customers with the appropriate documentation upon completion of delivery.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales administration or related roles within the fuel or maritime industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of marine fuel products and industry regulations is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
A proactive attitude with a focus on customer service excellence.
