What You'll Be Doing

As our Yacht Claims Handler, you'll be the driving force behind our Yacht claims service, ensuring smooth, professional handling from first notification to final settlement. You'll be trusted to:

Manage claims efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Validate policy cover and liaise with Underwriters where needed. Settle claims within authority or refer as appropriate. Deliver outstanding service to clients and partners every step of the way.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who's as confident as they are compassionate -- a true problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail.

You'll need:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience handling claims (insurer or delegated authority). Excellent organisation and time management. A customer-first mindset with solid business awareness. Ideally, a

CII qualification

(or working towards one).
