Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and have a passion for market research. This role involves evaluating market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The Market Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure that our strategies align with market demands.

Duties



Based on the company's marketing strategy and under the arrangement of company leadership, analyze the pain points and demand preferences of target customers such as medical professionals, medical institutions and educational institutions. Regularly summarize various customer feedback, improve and strengthen our company's marketing strategy, and actively assist company in solving customers' practical problems, strive to achieve customer satisfaction. Evaluate and analyze competitors' product pricing, market coverage, and market share, and assist senior management of company in controlling the cost expenditure of marketing and publicity budget. Participate in establishing market research methods and approaches suitable for our company's business scope, and continuously adjust and update according to the company's real-time needs and market development changes. Actively grasp the development and changes of the market, and provide valuable and constructive feedback on our company's marketing strategies and marketing promotion plans from time to time, to ensure that our company's marketing strategies and promotion plans are timely and responsive. Track the dynamics of medical policies, competitive structures such as product design and medical academic collaboration models in the UK and China, and prepare proposals for market research and analysis.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree or above, medical related major and marketing planning skills are preferred. Proficient in using CRM, market analysis tools, and office software, with data analysis skills. Having excellent communication, expression and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English. Being able to timely grasp changes in market conditions for related medical fields. Required travel to China when necessary Minimum of 5 years in marketing.
