Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with experience in 2-wheel retailer management to play a key role collecting, analysing, and interpreting market data specific to the motorcycle spare parts industry. Your insights will help the company stay competitive, identify growth opportunities, and align product offerings with market demand.

Duties

Market Research & Analysis
Conduct in-depth research on motorcycle spare parts trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Monitor KPI's for spare parts (e.g. consumption rate) to maximize the business opportunities

Competitive Intelligence
Analyse competitor pricing, product offerings, distribution channels, and marketing strategies.

Maintain a competitive intelligence database and produce regular benchmarking reports.

Dealer Insights
Analyse dealer performance and trend to support the roll out of the commercial plan

Simulation of commercial offer

Data Interpretation & Reporting
Translate complex data into actionable insights using dashboards, presentations, and reports.

Use tools like Excel or Power BI to visualize trends and performance metrics.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in market intelligence, preferably in automotive or motorcycle-related industries. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research tools. Familiarity with automotive parts, aftermarket trends, and supply chain dynamics is a plus. Familiarity with retail standards and sales planning. A passion for the motorcycling and scooter industry is advantageous. Competent in the use Excel and other Microsoft applications. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or a related field is preferred.
