Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Market Research Specialist to support the Marketing team with market research, competitor monitoring, and data-driven insight generation. This role plays a key part in enabling strategic decision-making by providing reliable, well-structured information on market dynamics, industry trends, and market performance.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for gathering, analysing, and communicating intelligence that informs on trends and movements of existing markets, geographic expansion, service development, and market optimisation.

Market and competitor research



Monitor and report on global clinical trial and healthcare supply chain trends. Conduct structured research on competitors, market movements, and emerging opportunities. Maintain a knowledge base of key market developments, competitor activities, and regional supply chain dynamics.

Data analysis and reporting



Analyse internal and external datasets using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL to uncover actionable insights. Support the creation and automation of reports and dashboards to inform commercial and marketing decisions.

Commercial support



Provide the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders with accurate data and insight to support geographic expansion and service development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely access to relevant market intelligence.

Qualification



Business Administration, Marketing

Experience



At least 2 years of relevant, relatable experience in areas such as research and statistical data analysis Pharmaceutical, logistics or service orientated industry preferred, but not required Experience in market intelligence, data analysis, business research, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Excel; desirable but not essential experience with Power BI, SQL Excellent research and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to present complex data in a clear, structured, and visual way. Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and business development teams.
