Market Researcher

Up to 25,000 per annum basic. Dependent on experience.

The Role.

You will work closely with the senior product development manager to source leads and schedule research appointments with mid to senior level professionals from leading brands. The role requires confident, professional communication skills as you will be phoning, emailing, and messaging industry professionals directly, building rapport and creating an initial impression at the first stage of the product development cycle. It is a fast-paced, ever changing role in which you will experience a number of sectors and topics at once; an organised, proactive approach to the completion of deadlines is key! This role would be suitable for someone who is:

Confident, energetic and has with previous experience in a target-based B2B environment

An excellent communicator, organised and target-driven

A proactive approach to work with a strong commitment to goals and targets, with a positive attitude for overcoming obstacles to the completion of each task

. A strong academic record.

UK business customer cold calling experience

Sourcing research appointments from a provided database via a variety of means of communication - proficient use of email and experience of social platforms such as Linkedin desired,

You will be required to build your own list of data and send connections so proficient use of Microsoft Excel desired

Well organised - ability to keep track of multiple projects at once and communicate pressures confidently with other members of the team

Keeping track of and scheduling calls in line with the product development teams weekly calendar - previous use of Calendly or google calendar preferred

Proficient telecommunication skills to schedule appointments and source research leads for the product development team

Work to relatively tight deadlines and within a fast-paced environment

Clearly communicate progress and challenges with senior members of the team

Previous telephone research experience would be advantageous
