About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Market Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team on Sundays. You'll help run our market stall, label and display products accurately, assist with customer sales, and support marketing and advertising efforts -- including social media updates and product promotions.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on market work and creative marketing tasks, and who wants to be part of a friendly, local business.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcome and serve customers, providing excellent service Operate the till and handle payments accurately Label and price products precisely, ensuring correct information Set up and pack down the stall before and after market hours Keep displays tidy and appealing Assist with advertising and marketing, including creating signage, taking product photos, and posting updates on social media Help prepare and organise products for market days
What We're Looking For

Attention to detail and accuracy with product labelling and pricing Friendly, reliable, and professional manner Good communication and basic numeracy skills Comfortable working on your feet and lifting light to moderate items Experience in retail, markets, or customer service preferred Experience or strong interest in social media and marketing Must be available every Sunday
Note: Personal liability insurance is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Part-time, Apprenticeship, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 9.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 7 per week
