Marketing Account Executive

The Role

You'll be the go-to person for managing and growing social media channels across multiple client accounts. From creating engaging content and scheduling posts, to analysing performance and producing insightful reports - you'll own the digital conversation.

Beyond social, you'll support on campaigns, events, and seasonal activations while building strong relationships with clients, retailers, and stakeholders. This role requires someone who's hands-on, proactive, and thrives on variety - one day you could be on-site at a shopping centre, the next deep-diving into campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media channels for multiple clients Create engaging content, blogs, and campaign copy Monitor, report, and analyse digital performance Work with the Account Manager to deliver projects on time and on budget Build trusted relationships with clients, retailers, and partners Regular site visits to support activations and events

What You'll Need

Experience in marketing and social media (agency or client-side) Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects Confident using Microsoft Office and social platforms Strong attention to detail and creative flair Full driving licence and access to a car (regular client visits required)
