We are pleased to be recruiting for a Marketing Admin Assistant to join a growing business based in Chesham.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to join a progressive, fast-paced company.

This position will involve you supporting the companies busy Marketing department so if you have an interest in Marketing and you are looking to learn more then this could be a great opportunity!

We are ideally looking for candidates with previous administrative experience. Your day to day will involve you supporting the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams with their administrative tasks.

This is a Monday to Friday position, hours are 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break. This role is fully office-based. This position is paying between \xc2\xa322K to \xc2\xa325K and is fully office-based.

Duties include:

  • Reporting into the Head of Marketing within the Marketing team.
  • Sole responsibility for the sampling, point of sale, Marketing items, office supplies and brand merchandise stock in the storeroom.
  • Managing the office storeroom, ensuring it is always tidy, well-organised and well-stocked.
  • Picking, packing, and sending all sample requests received from customers and the field sales team.
  • Supporting the field sales team by ensuring they are supplied with all items needed when visiting the office and stock room.
  • Booking stock in, booking it out and sending confirmations by email.
  • Raising stock orders, ordering in goods from Norway and third-party suppliers through Sage200 and our CRM system, Super Office.
  • Tracking and chasing up these orders with the Customer Support team in Norway.
  • Provide weekly/monthly stock reports to the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams as needed.
  • Franking and sending all daily post and managing courier collections for the whole office.
  • Packing and sending bulk Direct Marketing campaigns for the Marketing team.
  • Office administration tasks such as ordering supplies, putting deliveries away and helping to keep the office tidy.
  • Any other duties as and when required.
Candidate requirements:
  • Efficient, structured, and highly organised.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Pro-active and hands on \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to lift goods and be physically active.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own time effectively and independently.
  • A strong team player, committed to the goals of the wider business.
  • Take initiative and problem solve, suggesting solutions and ideas to improve sales support.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
