The Role

• Design and implement AI models to optimise marketing campaigns and customer journeys
• Build personalization engines for content, email, and ad targeting
• Develop intelligent chatbots and recommendation systems for customer engagement
• Integrate marketing data sources (CRMs, analytics platforms, ad networks) into unified AI pipelines
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver measurable business impact
• Monitor and improve the performance of deployed AI marketing solutions

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 5-9 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or marketing automation
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript (Node.js/React)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or recommendation systems
• Familiarity with marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Skilled in SQL/NoSQL, cloud environments, and API integrations
• Analytical, creative, and results-driven with a passion for marketing technology
