, a network of platforms across the South West and Total Business Network providing business membership and events to businesses across the country.
We're expanding our offering to include AI-powered marketing solutions and training, and we're looking for a creative, curious, and forward-thinking individual to join our team.
About the Role
This is a
junior-level, hands-on marketing role
with a future-focused twist. You'll work across Total Guide to platforms, plus multiple client accounts, producing engaging content and managing social media channels -- all while learning, testing, and deploying AI tools to improve content creation, strategy, and reporting.
You'll also play a key part in developing our
AI training services
-- researching tools, building out slides/templates, and supporting delivery (either directly or via internal handover).
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Content
Manage and schedule client social media content using scheduling tools (e.g. Meta, Buffer, Later)
Write blogs, captions, emails, and newsletters -- using AI tools to support speed and creativity
Design visuals in Canva or similar tools (AI-enabled knowledge a plus)
Create and maintain content calendars
Track and report on social engagement and performance
AI Enablement & Training
Research, test and document new AI tools for marketing
Support the creation of training assets (presentations, walkthroughs, cheat sheets)
Build step-by-step guides for internal or client use
Potential to co-deliver or brief the founder to deliver live or recorded AI sessions
Collaboration & Innovation
Attend internal and client meetings
Bring new ideas to improve marketing strategy using automation or AI
Help systemise internal processes with templates and AI-powered SOPs
Requirements
Must Have:
A degree in marketing, digital media, or relevant field -- or 1 year+ experience in a digital marketing role
Confident use of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Interest in or experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva Magic, Notion AI, Jasper, etc.
Excellent writing and communication skills
Organised, proactive and happy working independently
Nice to Have:
Confidence to present or co-deliver AI training sessions (or willingness to grow into it)
Confidence to be in front of the camera on TGt and client socials
Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, or other CMS/email tools
An understanding of SEO, paid social or analytics (GA4, Meta Insights)
