We're on the lookout for a passionate Marketing Data specialist to join our Analytics & Insight team. You'll be leading our marketing data strategy in partnership with the CMO, supported by a growing team of Marketing Analysts. You'll own the technology and processes that capture, transform and activate marketing data from a variety of different sources. Your team is key to our 2025 (and beyond) growth plans - we'll look to you to support the marketing team with translating complex data into actionable strategies, developing sound experiments, conducting research initiatives, and improving/automating reports that the team depend on to monitor performance. Our current MarTech stack includes: Mode (our BI tool), Segment (our CDP), dbt, Redshift/BigQuery, Google Ads, Meta, Braze and more.
We are looking for someone who is ready to take a business from a funnel-like, last-click attributed view of marketing performance to a place where the true value of different activities can be properly assessed and new investment can be allocated with confidence. This person will not only take ownership of Marketing Effectiveness but will build the team and the tools required to manage and maintain that function with excellence.
