We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Marketing and Administration Assistant to join our small team in Harpenden. Nannies4Grannies are a local independent organisation who's aim is to support older adults to remain independent in their own home for as long as possible.
Responsibilities:
Proposing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media channels
Social Media posts (design and upkeep)
Website Management (keep site up to date with news and events and make changes where necessary)
Advertisement management (keep an eye on where we advertise, the costs, ensuring we are covering the right areas, plus advertorials where possible)
Quarterly newsletters
Events (searching for opportunities, organising and hosting)
Organising and advertising client socials and clubs.
Organising and attending photoshoots when required
Networking. Creating opportunities for partnerships with local businesses to help promote our own.
General office duties - telephone answering, dealing with staff and client queries and incoming emails
Supporting other internal team members with their work as and when required
Be on call one in three weekends.
Key Skills
Experience in a marketing role for a small or medium business covering social media and traditional marketing channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to 18,125.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
