Nestled on the southern slopes of Bredon Hill, our enterprises span farming, property, education, conservation, rural workspaces, and more. We're on the lookout for someone who can help us stay connected, organised, and inspired--both internally and in the wider community.

What You'll Do:

1. Drive Our Digital Presence: Create and manage content across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to reflect our ethos and story.

2. Engage the Overbury Community: Organise and host inspiring events that bring people together to celebrate farming, nature, creativity and rural enterprise.

3. Welcome people to our spaces: set up our meetings, learning how to use our advanced conferencing facilities and be there to welcome all delegates.

4. Be the Communication Hub: Liaise with tenants, suppliers, partners, and the public--writing emails, crafting updates and keeping everyone informed with warmth and professionalism.

5. Support Projects & Admin: From presentations to project tracking, you'll help keep everything running smoothly with your sharp organisational skills.

6. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our Managing Partner and leadership team to align messages, support projects and keep everything on-brand.

What We're Looking For:

1. 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally in marketing, admin or events.

2. A confident communicator with strong writing skills and an eye for design and detail.

3. Someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving workplace and enjoys working on a wide variety of tasks.

4. A digital natural: confident with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and especially social media tools.

5. Community-minded and proactive--with the initiative to take ideas from concept to reality.
