Derma Institute is an international aesthetics training academy, and we're looking for a motivated Marketing & Admin Assistant to join our Nottingham team. This is a full-time role for someone who is confident working across both marketing tasks and operational/admin support, with weekend course coordination included.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing
Assist with creating and scheduling content across social media platforms
Support paid ads, email campaigns, and general brand marketing
Manage enquiries and online messages related to courses and events
Assist with filming content, taking photos, and creating marketing materials
Help maintain consistent branding across UK, USA, and Canada operations
Admin & Operations
Provide administrative support for Level 7 learners, including documentation, communication, and organisation
Assist with general office tasks including data entry, scheduling, and responding to enquiries
Maintain and update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal documents
Weekend Course Coordination (Nottingham Clinic)
Set up training rooms and assist trainers and delegates throughout both weekend course days
Liaise with trainers, models, management and delegates to ensure smooth course flow
Manage model bookings and assist with operational tasks
Support with stock, room setup, and problem-solving during training days
Requirements
Previous
marketing experience
(essential)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Ability to work weekends
every week
Comfortable working in a fast-paced training environment
Strong admin experience and ability to multi-task
Proactive, reliable, and a quick learner
