Gresham's, a thriving co-educational boarding and day school set in 300 acres of stunning Norfolk countryside, is seeking a Marketing and Admissions Manager to join our expanding Senior School Admissions Team.
About Gresham's:
Founded in 1555, Gresham's combines a rich heritage with a bold vision for the future. Nestled in the Georgian market town of Holt and just four miles from the breath-taking North Norfolk coast, our Senior School educates pupils aged 13 to 18 from across the UK and internationally. We pride ourselves on nurturing creativity, academic ambition, and character -- qualities exemplified by our illustrious alumni, including Academy Award-winning actress Olivia Colman, England rugby internationals Ben and Tom Youngs, and Sir James Dyson, whose generous support has helped shape our cutting-edge facilities.
The role:
Reporting to the Head of Admissions, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and converting prospective families and pupils. This hands-on, highly visible and target-driven position requires excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will lead on planning and delivering all key admissions events--from Open Mornings and Taster Days to Assessment and Scholarship Days--while working closely with staff, pupils, and the wider External Relations team.
Key responsibilities include:
Organising and managing admissions events to provide a warm and professional experience for prospective families
Coordinating personalised taster visits and boarding experiences
Strengthening relationships with feeder schools and representing Gresham's at external events
Supporting international recruitment activities and agent visits
Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure seamless event promotion
Maintaining accurate admissions records and managing event budgets
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in events, admissions, or marketing, ideally within education
Exceptional organisational, communication, and project management skills
A results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and a flair for hospitality
IT proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to work flexibly

Gresham's is a co-educational boarding and day school for children aged 2-18. It is situated in the Georgian town of Holt in beautiful countryside, just three miles from the breathtaking North Norfolk coast.
The school was founded in 1555 by Sir John Gresham who forged close ties with The Worshipful Company of Fishmongers. On his death, he left the school in their care and strong links with them and the City of London remain to this day.
The school enjoys a generous campus with excellent facilities including a state-of-the-art music building (Britten) with its own recording studio, indoor and outdoor performance spaces including a theatre (Auden), multi-surface sports pitches, tennis courts, swimming pool, sports hall and shooting range. The Dyson Building opened at Gresham's in September 2021. Sir James Dyson, a former pupil at the school, enabled the innovative new centre for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) education.
The school has an impressive list of Old Greshamians including the composer Benjamin Britten, the poet WH Auden, Oscar winning actress Olivia Colman and international rugby players Tom and Ben Youngs, to name but a few.
