About the Role
As a Marketing and Bid Coordinator at Ecosulis, you will provide vital support to the Marketing, and Bids teams to enhance client engagement, support ABM and KAM initiatives and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
Manage Social Media Presence:
Lead the daily coordination, delivery, and reporting for our LinkedIn channel.
Create Compelling Content:
Drive the creation of insightful blogs, engaging newsletters, and high-quality case studies, incorporating photography, video, and testimonials from our projects.
Oversee Website Content:
Coordinate and manage all website updates, ensuring our digital storefront is always fresh, relevant, and accurate.
Take Ownership of the Content Calendar:
Ensuring all content is aligned to our client and target audience needs and is kept up-to-date.
Campaign & Account Support:
Support ABM/KAM Initiatives:
Provide direct support to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Key Account Management (KAM) programmes, assisting with everything from meeting preparation to creating proposals and presentations.
Execute Marketing Campaigns:
Support the delivery of automated email journeys and broader marketing campaigns, providing regular reporting on successes and learnings.
Coordinate Events & Webinars:
Ensure the smooth coordination of all company events and webinars, including managing post-event reporting and follow-up journeys.
Conduct Market Research:
Undertake regular market and client research, providing actionable insights and reports to the Head of Business Growth.
Commercial & Bid Support:
Assist Bid Proposals:
Support the Bid Lead with the coordination and preparation of high-quality, winning bid proposals.
Manage New Opportunities:
Oversee the main enquiries inbox, ensuring all new opportunities are logged, directed appropriately, and responded to in a timely manner.
Drive Recognition:
Prepare and coordinate compelling submissions for industry awards to showcase our market-leading work.
Maintain CRM Integrity:
Regularly input and manage data in our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure it remains an accurate single source of truth.
Coordination & Administration:
Manage Creative Briefs:
Take responsibility for briefing and commissioning creative services from our external partners.
Oversee Budgets & Reporting:
Manage the departmental budget tracker and purchase order system, and supply the Head of Business Growth with timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Coordinate Internal Communications:
Manage the internal communications plan and circulate relevant news and social updates to the wider team.
Manage Digital Assets:
Ensure our photography and image library is meticulously managed, with all permissions kept up-to-date.
Skills and Experience
Essential
Previous experience in a marketing or bid support role.
Skilled in accurate data entry, database maintenance, and report writing.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when supporting bids, tenders, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience creating social media content, ideally with a focus on rewilding or environmental themes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a strong drive to get things done.
Naturally curious, enthusiastic, and keen to contribute ideas.
Desirable
Experience of working in the rewilding sector or similar industry
Knowledge and experience of working with HubSpot (our CRM).
Experience of commissioning and coordinating creative services.
Confident in coordinating events and webinars and engaging with key stakeholders.
Degree level or equivalent relevant experience in marketing.

Location: Remote, with some travel required for site visits and team/client meetings
Reports To: Account Based Marketing Manager
A full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle will be required for this position.
