Principle purpose of the role



The Marketing & Branding Executive will support the planning, creation, and delivery of engaging marketing and communications activity that reflects the vision and values of Connective Care Group.

This is a hands-on, creative role requiring strong digital and design skills alongside the ability to manage content, campaigns, and branding activities. The postholder will ensure the organisation is consistently and professionally represented across all channels, helping us attract, engage, and retain staff, service users, and partners.

Key outcomes



Engaging and consistent marketing materials (digital and print) aligned to brand guidelines. Increased brand visibility and reach across social media, website, and campaigns. A steady stream of creative content (written, visual, video) tailored to different audiences. Successful delivery of various major campaigns (e.g., recruitment, awareness, fundraising). Measurable improvement in online engagement (web traffic, social media metrics, email campaigns).

Key responsibilities



Branding & creative design

Ensure consistent application of Connective Care Group's brand guidelines. Design marketing assets including social graphics, presentations, flyers, brochures, and event materials. Support brand development, refreshing templates, and maintaining a content library. Capture photos and videos for marketing campaigns, events, and day-to-day storytelling.
Content creation & Campaign support

Write, edit, and proofread blogs, case studies, newsletters, and press releases. Develop engaging video content (short-form reels, interviews, campaign films). Create and schedule social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X). Contribute creative ideas to marketing meetings and campaign planning.
Digital marketing & website

Update and maintain website content (service pages, blogs, visuals). Support SEO and SEM activity using analytics tools. Assist with email marketing campaigns, ensuring GDPR compliance. Monitor digital performance, producing regular reports on traffic, engagement, and ROI.
Events & stakeholder engagement

Support organisation and promotion of events, exhibitions, and community initiatives. Work with colleagues across departments to gather stories, testimonials, and content. Liaise with external suppliers (printers, designers, videographers, digital agencies). Represent Connective Care Group at events and promotional activities as required.
General marketing support

Assist with day-to-day tasks such as file management, budget tracking, and reporting. Provide marketing support to HR (e.g., recruitment campaigns) and service delivery teams. Stay up to date with social media trends and marketing best practice. Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing systems and processes.

Person specification (skills & attributes)



A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Demonstrable experience in a marketing/branding role, preferably in the healthcare / social care sector. Strong digital marketing skills: workplace familiarity with SEO, SEM, analytics tools, social media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences. Creative flair: strong visual sense, eye for design, ability to guide creative partners. Good project management: able to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, work under pressure. Strong stakeholder management: ability to collaborate internally and externally. Budgeting / financial awareness.
