Role Description
We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Campaign Manager to join the Festival Republic marketing team. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of marketing strategies across a portfolio of headline shows and major festivals. You will manage the full campaign lifecycle -- from initial planning and launch through to the live event and post-event analysis ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.
You will oversee all consumer touch points, driving engagement and growth through innovative and data-driven marketing activity. Your goal will be to connect with the diverse audiences that make up our festival communities, inspiring them to spend their summer weekends with us.

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Proven experience in media buying across digital, radio, print, and out-of-home channels.
  • Strong understanding of the UK festival and live events market.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage complex project timelines and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Solid experience in budget management and financial accountability.
  • Experienced in leading and developing a marketing team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, covering both paid and organic strategies.
  • Deep passion for social media and expert understanding of platform trends, tools, and analytics.
  • Skilled in managing website projects from concept and design through to build and delivery.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experienced in creating and executing effective email marketing campaigns, particularly through Mailchimp.

What the role includes
  • Act as guardian of the festival brand, ensuring all stakeholders and partners uphold brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent tone of voice, producing engaging copy for websites, social media, and campaign messaging.
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across outdoor, digital, print, search, and retargeting platforms.
  • Oversee the artist artwork approval process and collaborate with agencies to manage festival websites and apps, ensuring all data capture is GDPR compliant.
  • Manage, maintain, and grow the festival email database and deliver effective CRM campaigns.
  • Lead social media strategy and content creation tailored to each audience community.
  • Identify cross-promotional opportunities within the wider Live Nation network, including Ticketmaster.
  • Secure and manage media partnerships that enhance brand reach and visibility.
  • Oversee creative production for event assets, including accreditation, programmes, lanyards, and customer maps.
  • Recruit and manage onsite photo and video teams for content capture and after-movie production.
  • Produce regular campaign performance reports and post-event analysis.
  • Design and distribute customer surveys to gather insights and inform future campaigns.
