Position: Minimum 3 days a week
Salary: 328,500 to 330,500 Annually (Open to conversation on renumeration dependent on experience)
Reports To: Head of Operations
Location: London, UK (with regular presence in Loughborough office)

Job Summary
Fusion exists so that every student has the opportunity to find hope in Jesus and home in the local church during their time at university. This role sits within the Operations and Communications Team, at the heart of the Fusion movement in equipping the church for student mission. We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to lead and develop our digital content and communications strategy. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role will take strategic leadership over partner and stakeholder communications, build our digital ministry presence, develop cross-cutting campaigns and manage web and social content, and marketing strategies. The role includes line management of one Social Media Content Creator.

Ministry Partnership Development is a key part of this role, the successful candidate will, therefore, cover 50% of their salary through a team of partners who give financially to Fusion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic leadership
xe2x97x8f Lead partner and stakeholder communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with Fusion's vision across channels and content, including delivery of Storybrand messaging.
xe2x97x8f Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy across web and social media to support Fusion's mission.
xe2x97x8f Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team on key marketing strategies and campaigns.
xe2x97x8f Act as relationship lead to work with external agencies and contractors, and develop further relationships where appropriate for delivering the highest quality communications possible for Fusion.
xe2x97x8f Sharpen messaging and communications strategies for Fusion in engaging with different audience segments e.g. students, student workers and church leaders.
xe2x97x8f Line management responsibility for the Social Media Content Creator. Campaigns delivery
xe2x97x8f Develop and deliver messaging for key campaigns throughout the year, including fundraising.
xe2x97x8f Coach, train and support other team members in campaigns they are leading or seeking to develop.
xe2x97x8f Initiate and lead new campaigns to help grow the audience and reach of Fusion.
xe2x97x8f Generate creative content targeted for specific audiences, campaigns and platforms.
Grow participation
xe2x97x8f Collect and share student mission stories that demonstrate the impact of Fusion's mission.
xe2x97x8f Grow the number of mailing list subscribers for Fusion and employ creative techniques to maximise reach and engagement on social media.
xe2x97x8f Lead on bespoke and seasonal campaigns for fundraising and partner raising.
Resource development
xe2x97x8f Collaborate with other Fusion team members and external partners to develop and curate resources, including training manuals, guides, videos, and online content, to support ongoing learning and development in student mission.
xe2x97x8f Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our products or services to churches and key stakeholders (Church Leaders, Student Workers, and Youth Workers).
xe2x97x8f Contribute to the increased publicity and sales of Fusion resources. General
xe2x97x8f Participate in our prayer meetings and any special prayer meetings held from time to time
xe2x97x8f Lead team prayers and devotionals
xe2x97x8f Contribute to our collective promotion of Christian standards in our work and
working relationships and contribute to a working environment of mutual Christian encouragement
Support Raising (MPD):
xe2x97x8f Raise 50% of salary through MPD (Ministry Partnership Development)
xe2x97x8f Communicate regularly with ministry partners including prayer points
xe2x97x8f Equip your ministry partners to pray, advocate and champion student
mission through your partnership with them
xe2x97x8f Extend ongoing invitations to new people to join your MPD team
xe2x97x8f Allocate 10% of your time to maintaining partner support
