Job Purpose:

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and creative Marketing Executive to join our team to focus on critical client, prospect and internal marketing comms alongside taking responsibility for coordinating our growing events programme. This is a mid-level position ideal for someone with experience in B2B and B2C lead-gen comms, client B2B and B2C marketing comms, staff engagement activities, managing logistics and event delivery. You will play a vital role in bringing our marketing campaigns, brand presence, and internal engagement strategies to life. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, who can manage multiple projects at once, and who brings enthusiasm and professionalism to everything they do.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns - Prospects and client comms

B2B and B2C campaign execution, collaborating with team members to gather content, track timelines and prepare documentation. Maintain campaign and event calendars and manage deadlines across the team Coordinate the delivery of branded assets and printed materials as required. Promote both internal and external activities via Chatterbug's digital channels. Collaborate with partner organisations and external communications teams as needed. Uphold brand guidelines and visual standards across materials and platforms.

External Communications & Community Management

Support community-building efforts through proactive engagement across Chatterbug's social and digital platforms. Respond to external queries and comments in line with Chatterbug's brand voice and values. Build relationships with stakeholders, partners, and online communities to increase visibility and trust. Monitor and report on community feedback and sentiment to inform communications strategy. Identify and support opportunities for thought leadership, including blogs, interviews, and community contributions.

Event Planning & Coordination

Plan and coordinate all logistics for internal and external events, including venue booking, travel arrangements, scheduling and registrations. Source and manage event materials and branded merchandise. Attend events where required, supporting on-site setup, coordination, and breakdown. Liaise with internal stakeholders, speakers, and partners to ensure smooth event delivery. Actively seek opportunities for Chatterbug to exhibit and secure speaker slots at relevant events and conferences.

Internal Communications & Staff Engagement

Plan, draft, and deliver internal communications, including team newsletters, staff updates and announcement emails. Coordinate staff engagement initiatives, including appreciation weeks, team events, internal celebrations and themed campaigns. Maintain and support the internal comms calendar to ensure timely and inclusive communication. Promote internal activities and staff engagement through Chatterbug's digital channels. Ensure internal messaging is aligned with Chatterbug's voice, tone and values.

Experience & SkillsRequired:

2-4 years' experience in marketing preferable with marketing lead-gen and/or event campaign knowledge Proven ability to manage internal communication plans and event logistics independently. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently. Strong organisational and time management skills. Confident communicator, written and verbal. Professional maturity and ability to take initiative without constant oversight. Comfortable using Canva, Google Workspace, and task management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, Jira).

Desirable:

Experience working in purpose-driven, educational, or clinical sectors. Familiarity with email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo). Experience in event photography or video capture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 34,000.00 per year
