About the Role
We're looking for a creative and motivated person to be responsible for our growing marketing efforts across DCo and our sister company, Newgale Lodge. This is an exciting opportunity, suitable for someone early in their career, who's ready to help us develop brand messaging, create day-to-day content, and shape our marketing strategy. With the backing of a close-knit team, this role offers real freedom, variety, and the chance to grow as our marketing lead.
What You'll Do
Create marketing plans that support our business goals
Manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Write and edit content including: blog posts, social media, emails, and web pages
Look after our social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and track how it's performing
Keep the website updated with fresh, well-written content
Design and send email campaigns using HubSpot
Do research and use customer insights to improve our marketing
Work with team members, freelancers, and partners
Create marketing content for both DCo and Newgale Lodge
Skills For The Role
Good organisational skills, creativity, and attention to detail
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
A strong grasp of marketing strategy and content creation
Clear and confident writing skills across different formats (social, web, email)
Understanding of SEO and analytics, or a willingness to learn
Confidence using tools like Canva or CapCut to create content
Experience with (or interest in learning) platforms like HubSpot
A driving licence is helpful for visits to our sister site location and off-site content creation
Experience Level
Previous experience in a marketing or communications role is desirable, but we are open to candidates who show the right mindset, transferable skills, and a genuine motivation to learn and grow into the role.
