This is an exciting opportunity for a seeking a dynamic and hybrid
Marketing & Creative Manager
who can bridge strategic marketing with hands-on content creation. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing efforts with our sales strategy, ensuring that all creative output directly supports commercial objectives. This is a opportunity to play a highly responsible role in a fast paced, fast growing business, with a dynamic culture and healthy obsession to be the best answer to our customer's objectives.
This role is for a self-motivated and responsible individual, with marketing management experience, people management skills, and who is able to create and deliver on a marketing plan and strategy, aligned with sales strategy. It will be essential for this candidate to have creative skills themselves as detailed below, but will also manage internal and external creative and web development executives as these teams continue to be expanded.

Key Responsibilities
Create and implement a comprehensive
content and marketing plan
that align with sales strategy, working closely with head of sales. Where appropriate, utilising existing plans and strategies and developing further.
Create engaging content for various channels including web content, e-shots, social media and brochures, using Adobe Creative Suite.
Understand how to effectively manage a team - managing web development team, and a creative team to deliver on marketing and sales strategic plan
Analise performance metrics via a scorecard weekly to senior management, to help gauge marketing efforts effectiveness.
Manage social media accounts and engage with our audience effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Desirable
Proven experience managing a wider web and content team - Essential
Proven experience in creating content marketing or related roles - Essential
Strong understanding of SEO best practices - Desirable
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)- Essential.
Familiarity with Hubspot - Desirable
Hubspot development abilities - Desirable
