Wrexham AFC is looking for a dynamic and creative

Marketing & Brand Manager

to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Digital and Content, you will play a key role in developing and delivering effective marketing strategies that strengthen the Club's brand and drive commercial success across ticketing, retail, membership, hospitality, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead major campaigns and day-to-day marketing across digital and traditional channels. Develop centralised content, manage creative briefs, budgets, and design processes. Support event promotion and partner activations with marketing materials. Collaborate with the Head of Communications on social media and content delivery. Maintain and protect the Club's brand across all touchpoints. Use data insights to inform and improve future campaigns. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, safeguarding, and data protection policies. Support the delivery of seamless digital user experiences. Attend matchdays and events as required.

About You:

Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years' experience in a similar role - sports or entertainment industry preferred. Strong creative flair and experience managing external agencies. Confident using CRM systems and analysing marketing data. Commercially aware, with strong project management and communication skills.

Additional Info:

This role requires occasional evening and weekend work, including matchdays. A basic DBS check will be required.

Pay: 36,553.43-47,934.68 per year
