MARKETING AND DESIGN ASSISTANT MANAGER

12 month Fixed-term contract

Staines-upon-Thames | Up to 37K | Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)

We have a fantastic opportunity at Accent Catering for a Marketing and Design Assistant Manager seeking their next challenge to join our growing team for 12 months... in this key role within our Marketing team, you'll have the chance to refine and expand your skills within Design and Marketing, while also receiving the support needed to advance in your career. This role is ideal for someone who loves graphic design, thrives on variety, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with the Marketing & Design Manager, supporting the creative direction and daily delivery of design-led marketing across the business.

What you'll be doing:-

Designing eye-catching visuals for a range of campaigns--from new school site openings to monthly themed materials across our state and independent school clients Supporting bespoke branding projects for client tenders, including logo design and custom visual identities Creating and formatting engaging marketing materials: brochures, posters, presentations, digital content, menus, and more Collaborating with internal teams including Sales and Operations to ensure materials hit the brief and reflect our fresh, vibrant brand Helping manage project timelines, workloads, and priorities across the marketing team Providing creative direction and support to our Marketing & Design Assistant

What you'll bring

:-

A degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or relevant experience Solid graphic design experience in a fast-paced or multi-project environment Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Experience using Microsoft Office; Powerpoint, Outlook. A strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple deadlines A natural collaborator who's happy to share ideas and take on feedback

SALARY

Salary up to 37K per annum

HOURS

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The role is based at our prestigious riverside offices in Staines-upon-Thames
