The Role



We're looking for someone creative, organised, and proactive to help promote our work through engaging digital content, while also supporting the day-to-day operations that keep the company running smoothly.

As our Marketing and Administrative Assistant, you'll split your time between content creation and general business support. You'll play a key role in sharing our story online, generating interest in our projects, and contributing to a smooth and efficient workplace.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys making short videos, designing visual content, and keeping on top of digital trends -- while also bringing structure and support to a growing environmental consultancy.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Communications Support



Create and schedule engaging content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube) Design promotional materials such as banners, posters, and social media graphics using Canva or similar tools Produce short videos to showcase projects, events, and team updates Upload and maintain website content including blogs and case studies Track performance metrics such as post engagement, website visits, and lead sources Generate new marketing ideas based on current events, sustainability news, and digital trends Support the Business Support Manager with marketing campaigns, email outreach, cold and warm leads, and enquiries via the shared inbox Assist with simple ad campaigns and content scheduling, SEO and website keywords

Administrative Support



Maintain internal databases, trackers, and document systems (e.g. SharePoint, CRM) Help coordinate meetings, events, travel, and accommodation Prepare and format documents, reports, and internal communications Support onboarding of new staff, equipment orders, and document collation Contribute to general office operations and team-wide organisational needs

What We're Looking For



A Bachelor's degree, ideally in

marketing, media, communications, public relations, or a related subject

Interest in

sustainability and environmental issues

, and a habit of keeping up with current events and industry news Someone who is

creative and confident

with visual content and social media Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive, flexible attitude and eagerness to learn Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) An understanding of SEO and key words for websites

A

First-Class degree

Experience using Canva or similar design tools Familiarity with content scheduling and management tools (e.g. Buffer, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, CRM tools) Experience making videos for social media or events Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or admin role
