Salary: \xc2\xa330,600.00 to \xc2\xa338,200.00 dependent on your location, skills, knowledge and experience

Location: London/Hybrid - 2-3 days in the office.

Our Brand and Marketing team is looking for a creative, strategic and proactive individual to work alongside our corporate partners to grow brand awareness and inspire audiences to support our work.

Working as part of a team of managers, you will plan and deliver marketing strategies to raise awareness of the Prince\'s Trust and our work using a blend of digital and traditional channels. You will also work closely with our in-house creative services team, external agencies and partner marketing teams to commission and review content, use data and insights to improve marketing campaigns and activations.

This role is perfect for you if you are confident using a range of marketing skills including using social media channels to run paid campaigns, optimise adverts and generate leads, as well as have a detailed understanding of the marketing communication mix - understanding the right media to reach particular audiences. We\'re looking for someone who can create impactful content that engages audiences and promotes The Trust across various campaigns and 3rd party content.

The successful candidate will lead on working alongside corporate partners like Tesco, Cadbury, Boots and L\'Oreal to deliver creative and cause related marketing campaigns that will inspire their audiences and grow our brand familiarity.
