We are looking for an engaging and confident personality to join the Supportability team as the Marketing and Events Administrator. In this role you will lead on the delivery of both internal and external communication channels, including, but is not limited to, internal and external newsletters, management of the social media channels, oversight of Supportability's website and branding.

The role of the Marketing and Events Administrator is also to provide a clear, consistent and uniform approach to all communications that considers the appropriate phrasing and tone of voice used by Supportability.

Additionally, as the Marketing and Events Administrator you will be responsible for leading on our annual fundraising event and coordinating any other smaller fundraising activities that may take place throughout the year.

This role will work with closely with the Business Support functions of the organisation, as well as the Operational services. This role is crucial in promoting a positive team culture and upholding our values both internally and externally:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Consistent management of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) and organised scheduling that's reflective of the day-to-day activities of each service Responsible for coordinating internal and external newsletters Support all organisational functions with the presentation and branding of external and internal documents and ensure they align with Supportability brand guidelines (utilising tools such as Canva or Adobe) Responsible for consistent messaging across platforms, including coordinating campaigns that align with charity goals and promote services Develop and execute appropriate marketing campaigns that promote services and fundraising events across all platforms and monitor and evaluate the impact of marketing on service enquiries Plan and execute content calendars each quarter alongside the operational team and other organisational teams to capture and create content for the appropriate platform Work closely with operational team and Business Support Manager to communicate the impact of trusts, grants or donations in a clear and effective way to the Supportability community Work closely with support staff and the people we support to produce good news stories for the appropriate public platform Monitor consent alongside the administrative team for photographs when capturing and creating content Be the main contact for external graphic and website designers to ensure branding and literature is in line with Supportability's requirements Support in collecting relevant data from public platforms and work alongside Business Support Manager to evaluate effectiveness of communication strategies Complete the Marketing committed spend Coordinate the administrative tasks of Supportability's yearly fundraising events, including... Working to recruit teams, sponsors and supporters via communication platforms Ensuring all marketing collateral for the event is branded and appropriate Liaise with internal managers to ensure the event is inclusive and accessible for the people we support Coordinate the administrative tasks on the day of an event The coordination of any other events Supportability may take part in throughout the year

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Diploma or qualification in communication and marketing (preferred). Proficiency in Office suite and creative design tools (e.g., Canva). Experience managing social media platforms. Ability to work independently. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Effective communication and collaborative approach. Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills
