at Joint Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a wide range of medical education activities and events in line with the companies' marketing strategy.
The
Medical Education and Events Administrator
will work closely with the Medical Education Manager and the Medical Education Specialist to support both our internal and external customers.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Planning & Coordination:
Working alongside the Medical Education Manager and the Medical Education Specialist to assist in the end-to-end planning and delivery medical education and events including:
Cadaveric surgical training sessions
Product workshops
Conferences, exhibitions, and symposia
Clinical user groups and advisory boards
Internal meetings
Coordinate venue bookings, equipment logistics, catering, travel and accommodation arrangements, delegate and faculty communications.
Assist with event registrations, feedback forms, CPD certificates, and post-event reporting
Assist with the organisation, maintenance and shipping of promotional materials, workshop and exhibition equipment
Support the preparation and processing of faculty and delegates contracts, honoraria, and expense claims
Maintain events page and calendar on the company website
Provide administrative support to Head of Marketing as required
Undertake adhoc sales and/or marketing administrative tasks when required
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
The skills and requirements for this role include, but are not limited to:
Strong administrative skills and experience
Previous experience of event management support including organising travel and accommodation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
