Job Summary



Amicus Law is excited to announce a brand-new role: Marketing and Events Assistant. In this position, you will be required to travel between our 10 South-West offices, when required.

This role supports the day-to-day running of the marketing function and wider business administration activities. The post holder will play a key part in promoting the firm, supporting events and networking activities, maintaining marketing systems and ensuring smooth organisation behind the scenes. The role helps Amicus Law build strong relationships, raise its profile and support clients through a professional and consistent brand presence.

Responsibilities



Booking and coordinating networking events. Designing and ordering business cards. Maintaining and updating the networking diary and opportunities log. Attending networking events when required. Supporting and help to run firm events. Booking and coordinating witness appeals. Maintaining chamber memberships and maintaining profiles. Recording and monitoring client reviews. Social media posting and interaction. Making updates and changes to the website. Supporting content updates and accuracy. Maintaining brand consistency across digital platforms. Diary inbox support as required. Document preparation and formatting. CRM or database updates. Basic reporting and data tracking. Supporting process improvements and organisation within the department. Other ad hoc duties as required.

About you



You are organised, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. You communicate clearly, pay attention to detail, and take pride in doing things properly.

You will have:



Strong organisational and administrative skills. Good written and verbal communication. Confidence speaking with external contacts and the public when needed. The ability to work at pace and meet deadlines. Keen eye for detail.

It would be great if you also have:



Experience using social media for organisations. An interest in creating and scheduling content. Experience in an admin, marketing, or professional services role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 21,000.00-25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 21 - 35 per week
