The Marketing Communications & Events Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing communications, content coordination, editorial support, website content management, internal communications, clinic marketing support, email marketing schedule and event delivery.
The role works closely with the Senior Team, PR partners, Training Department, and wider teams to maintain brand consistency, support clinic partners, and contribute to process development and content excellence across the business.
This position will support the development of educational and sales materials, and ensures structured file management, scheduling workflows, and system organisation across the marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Communications
Manage content development, scheduling, coordination, and reporting of social media content across company channels.
Build and schedule marketing emails, newsletters, and client updates.
Create
editorial features
, trade press content, and written materials
Support the creation, upload, and updating of
website content
, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and SEO alignment.
Produce and coordinate content for the Masterclass Hub, webinars, and internal training platforms.
Develop briefs and assist in the production of campaign assets (digital, print, video, social).
Oversee social media schedule, e-shot schedule, and marketing production timelines.
Monitor and report on content performance, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
Liaise with the PR company to support media activity, supply assets, and meet editorial deadlines.
Internal Communications
Support the Senior team with the creation and distribution of internal communications.
Draft internal updates, announcements, and content for staff engagement and internal alignment.
Assist in maintaining consistent tone, clarity, and brand messaging across all internal channels.
Coordinate distribution lists, internal email scheduling, and internal content workflows.
Client Marketing Support (Clinic Network)
Act as a key marketing point of contact for the 3D Aesthetics clinic network.
Build and schedule marketing emails and clinic newsletters.
Support clinics with social media templates, content guidance, and scheduling support.
Maintain and update e-shot boards, briefs, and timelines within Monday.com.
Provide marketing toolkits, clinics resources, and campaign guidance to enhance treatment promotion.
Training Support & Clinic Resources
Collaborate with the Training Department to create content, resources, and toolkits supporting treatment promotion and educational consistency.
Manage the Online Marketing Hub, ensuring assets are current, accurate, and accessible to clinics.
Events
Coordinate planning and delivery of events, exhibitions, and conferences under the direction of the Senior Team.
Support execution of in-clinic events across the 3D Aesthetics network.
Manage event logistics, supplier coordination, timelines, and internal communications related to event delivery.
Work with internal teams and partners to maximise event impact.
KOL & Partnerships
Support management of relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ambassadors, and strategic partners.
Coordinate deliverables to ensure fulfilment of partnership agreements.
Liaise with KOLs regarding content creation, campaign involvement, and social media activity.
Track partnership commitments, outputs, and deadlines for consistent delivery.
Process Development & Systems
Maintain the marketing filing system and asset library, ensuring strong organisation and accessibility.
Support development and refinement of marketing workflows and processes.
Assist in documenting campaign best practices, brand guidelines, and toolkits for internal and external use.
Maintain accurate scheduling and process systems across Monday.com and other platforms.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in marketing or communications, ideally within beauty, aesthetics, or wellness sectors.
2-3 years' experience in content coordination, communications, editorial support, or campaign execution.
Experience writing
editorial features
, blog content, or press-ready copy.
Experience managing or updating
website content
(CMS experience desirable).
Experience coordinating events such as trade shows, exhibitions, or client-facing events.
Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience working cross-functionally across departments such as training, sales, customer service, and PR.
Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com ideal), CRM platforms (Zoho desirable), and social scheduling tools.
