One Tree provides online gift voucher services to more than 300 hotels and restaurants in the UK. The business is based near Bath and the Marketing Assistant would be expected to attend the office for at least one day per week. There are two other staff based at the office and a number of remote developers.

Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing and Admin Assistant to support our team in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of marketing and administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our business. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Full training on our bespoke systems and other software will be provided. The candidate will need to have an interest in and ability to work with multiple online products eg Canva, Slack, Trello, Wordpress CMS, MailerLite and others.

Duties



Provide front line support to our lovely customers by phone and email Onboard new clients including training and setup Manage and update client records in database Create and manage content on WordPress, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Edit images, write copy and upload to emails and website Help create and send out client newsletter and email campaigns Update online user guides Create training videos Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. Manage time efficiently to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Any other duties as required

Skills



Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential Excellent writing skills Good telephone manner Good technical know how to set up systems and processess to manage digital marketing campaigns. Creative - good eye for layout and design Can-do attitude Confident in bringing own knowledge to projects Familiarity with IT systems and troubleshooting basic issues as they arise. Experience with WordPress for website management is highly desirable. Proficient in Canva software for creating visually appealing documents and presentations. Strong time management abilities to ensure efficient workflow within the office environment.
The office is in a rural location and candidate will need to have own car.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 22,000.00-25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
