MARKETING & GRAPHICS OFFICER

THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the fast-paced Marketing team at Tees Active, where creative flair meets commercial impact. Based at our Head Office, you'll be part of a small, agile team driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth across our leisure services.

We're looking for a multi-skilled, self-motivated and highly organised individual who brings both exceptional graphic design talent and a strategic marketing mindset. You'll be confident producing bold, eye-catching visuals tailored to our target audiences across digital and print platforms, while also contributing to campaign planning, performance analysis, and business reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety - one day you might be designing a high-impact promotional campaign, the next you'll be analysing engagement metrics or brainstorming new ways to reach our communities. You'll have a strong understanding of branding, audience behaviour, and how design supports wider marketing objectives.

The successful candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and passionate about delivering creative work that not only looks great but drives measurable results.

ABOUT YOU

Experience of working in a similar role and have a mix of creative, design and marketing skills with the desire to contribute new ideas and to the bigger picture

A problem solver with a positive attitude

Proactive and task driven

Good interpersonal and communication skills

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

A full, valid driving licence and access to a car

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Your skills will include:

Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

An eye for design and ability to create innovative and exciting designs from scratch

A strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Experience of using Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Exceptional visual, verbal and written communication skills

Experience of social media management and digital marketing

Experience of photo / video capturing and editing

Experience in producing content for print and/or online corporate publications

Experience of website management and content management systems
