Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised

Marketing and HR Assistant

to join our team. This dual-role position supports both the marketing and human resources functions of the business. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, capable of working independently, and experienced in an office environment.

You will play a key role in promoting the Oakleaf brand, assisting with recruitment and staff coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing Support



Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based). Manage and update company social media platforms, website content, and online listings. Coordinate marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional events. Support the creation of brochures, newsletters, and other communication materials. Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and clients as needed.

Human Resources Support



Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

General Office Administration



Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Support management with scheduling, reporting, and project coordination. Maintain a professional and organised office environment.

Key Requirements



Proven experience in an office-based administrative, marketing, or HR support role. Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms. Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress) and HR software is an advantage.
