Our mission is to help organisations create safe, supportive environments, and we're looking for a Marketing & Operations Assistant to join our growing team.
Role Overview:
As a Marketing & Operations Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives, client relations, and office administration. Key tasks include assisting with e-marketing campaigns, managing social media, maintaining customer mailer lists, and updating the website. You will also provide essential administrative support, such as managing calendars, formatting reports and presentations, and assisting with email communications.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, a strong communicator and copywriter, and proactive with a willingness to learn. You'll gain valuable experience in both marketing and administration while being part of a dedicated team focused on improving safeguarding and mental health in education settings and workplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns
Schedule, manage, and moderate content across social media platforms
Maintain and update customer mailer lists to ensure targeted and effective communication
Research industry trends and developments for blog posts and email content
Identify speaker opportunities for consultants
Support ongoing updates and maintenance of the company website
Conduct monthly reviews of Google Ads and website performance
Administration:
Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for consultants
Format and prepare reports and presentations for internal and external use
Enter bookings into our booking system (Cademy) and ensure accurate records
Support internal and external communications, including emails and correspondence
Assist with answering and directing phone calls
Organise training materials and manage logistics (e.g., mailing training packs)
Provide administrative support for invoicing and other financial tasks
Requirements & Skills:
Previous experience in a Marketing Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous, but not required
A background in or understanding of the education sector would be highly beneficial
Working week & hours:
School term time plus 6 weeks (7 weeks set holidays per year plus May Bank holidays and Birthday off)
