This varied role is there to provide support to our marketing and operations teams and is perfect for someone who loves getting things done -- helping deliver marketing campaigns and supporting existing franchisees as well as exciting new store openings across the UK & Ireland. This is a varied, hands on role within a fast-paced and growing environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing our library of marketing assets, product imagery, photos and videos
Updating the website, app and digital menus with accurate store details
Supporting franchisees with local marketing to drive footfall and sales
Coordinating events such as the Franchise Conference and committee meetings
Tracking budgets, sales reports, loyalty and campaign performance
Supporting with campaign execution
Helping maintain the operations manual, how-to guides and training portal
Supporting complaints, mystery shopper programmes and equipment orders
Assisting with marketing and logistics for new store openings
Ad hoc tasks as required
About You
Brilliant attention to detail and great admin skills
Confident communicator in person and online
Comfortable with data and basic marketing metrics
Able to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment
Experience in hospitality, retail or franchising is a bonus
Adobe creative suite/ design and social media skills desirable
Microsoft outlook, word and excel experience esseential
