Job Description

The Marketing & Partnerships Manager oversees the student coordination team with a focus on lead management, student communications, and digital campaign execution. This role is responsible for supervising CRM processes, managing and troubleshooting campaign operations, and maintaining high standards of student engagement. Additionally, the role plays a key part in business growth by identifying, pitching to, and onboarding new clients for learner recruitment and employment engagement services.

Key Responsibilities



1. Team Oversight & Student Engagement



Oversee the student coordinator team, ensuring effective lead communication, follow-up, and data management. Allocate workload across the team and monitor progress to ensure timely and high-quality student engagement. Report weekly team activity and performance to senior management and client stakeholders. Ensure quality control in student communication processes and proactively troubleshoot issues.

2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management



Plan, create, and launch digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g. Meta). Set up and manage CRM workflows and automations to align with social media campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, identify errors, and swiftly implement solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative assets such as images, videos, and landing pages.

3. CRM & Sales Funnel Oversight



Set up, maintain, and optimise CRM systems to track lead journeys and engagement. Review and refine sales funnels to maximise conversions from lead to enrolment. Ensure CRM data accuracy and generate reports to inform strategy and client communication.

4. Business Development & Client Acquisition



Conduct research and outreach to potential clients, including colleges and training providers. Book and lead discovery calls to introduce services and assess client needs. Support proposal development and the preparation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for client onboarding. Promote both the company's services and the wider group's offerings, including learner recruitment and employment engagement solutions.

Skills and Qualifications



Proven experience in student recruitment, CRM management, and digital marketing (e.g. Meta Ads, Go High Level, HubSpot). Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to identify and resolve campaign or system issues promptly. Experience in client relationship-building and business development. Understanding of sales proposals and service agreements.
