We're looking for a driven and creative Marketing and Partnerships Exec to support the growth of tmgroup's marketing activity. About the Role
As Marketing and Partnerships Executive, you'll to support and deliver a wide range of marketing and partner engagement activities. You'll contribute to the creation and execution of campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement, while also helping to strengthen relationships with our growing network of resellers and technology partners.
Day to day, you'll be involved in writing content for digital channels including email and social media, preparing marketing and sales enablement materials, assisting in the planning and delivery of events, webinars, and training sessions. You'll also support internal reporting on campaign performance and partnership activity, helping to ensure we're continuously improving and learning from our efforts.
This role offers variety, responsibility, and genuine development potential. You'll be part of a small, collaborative marketing team where you'll have the freedom to contribute ideas and see your work make a real impact.
About You
You'll bring experience from a marketing or communications role, ideally in a B2B or technology-led business. You're a confident communicator with strong writing skills and a creative, proactive mindset. You enjoy working on multiple projects at once and are comfortable using tools like email marketing platforms, website content management systems and AI tools.
You're curious, commercially aware, and keen to understand how marketing supports broader business goals. Whether you're drafting campaign content, supporting a reseller initiative, or preparing performance reports, you take pride in your work and have a strong attention to detail. Most importantly, you're eager to learn and grow in a role that blends marketing and partnership development.
Desired skills and experience
Experience & Skills
Ideally over 2+ years
of B2B marketing experience, (bonus if gained in SaaS or the property / legal sectors) services
Exceptional writing skills
with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and to understand and communicate complex technology concepts clearly and engagingly
Experience creating diverse content formats
: blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, web copy, sales materials
Research skills
: ability to quickly understand new topics, interview subject matter experts, and synthesize complex information
Events experience:
knowledge of running in-person and virtual (webinar) events, and supporting presence at trade shows etc.
Stakeholder management
- confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
A basic understanding of SEO
and experience optimizing content for search engines would be advantageous
