We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive project success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and marketing, with exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with our business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analysing performance metrics to optimise results.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing strategies from inception to completion. (eCommerce pharmacy and aesthetics driven)
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful outcomes.
Develop and implement SEO, PPC, Email and Paid Social strategies to enhance online visibility, conversions and brand engagement.
Analyse marketing performance and ROI, optimising campaigns and budgets across brands.
Oversee CRM and marketing automation for customer lifecycle and retention.
Contribute to cross-functional projects involving marketing, tech, compliance and design teams.
Utilise Google Ads for targeted advertising campaigns, analysing performance data to maximise ROI.
Lead content creation, including copywriting for various platforms such as websites, emails, and social media.
Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to measure campaign effectiveness.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
4+years experience in marketing management (ideally in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or eCommerce sectors
Strong project management experience (campaign launches, digital platforms, or brand rollouts)
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics for campaign management and analysis.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop for design purposes is advantageous.
Familiarity with WordPress for website management is preferred.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content across various channels.
Strong social media management experience with a focus on engagement strategies.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
A familiarity with technical aspects of marketing
