Main Duties
A full list of duties can be found in the job description, but key responsibilities include:
Supporting marketing campaigns across digital and print channels, including social media, newsletters, and website updates
Capturing school achievements and stories to engage stakeholders
Designing promotional materials and maintaining brand identity
Organising and promoting events, open days, and community activities
Advertising staff and school vacancies and assisting with recruitment campaigns
Liaising with candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding processes
Maintaining accurate records for marketing and recruitment activities
Providing administrative support to leadership, HR teams, and school staff
Supporting compliance with safeguarding and health & safety requirements
About You
Strong organisational, administrative, and time-management skills
Creative flair for content creation and marketing materials
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in using digital tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or social media platforms
Willing to submit an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check (DBS)
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people in your care
