Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical thinking to develop effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry. Create compelling copy for various marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media posts. Manage Google Ads campaigns to optimise online visibility and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration. Analyse campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of SEO best practices to enhance website traffic and search rankings.

Skills

Proficient in Google tools, including Google Ads, with a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques. Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging content that drives action. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and guide team members towards achieving common goals. Solid understanding of IT systems relevant to sales and marketing processes. Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with outstanding communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
