Overview


As our Head of Marketing and Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our brand, growing our community, and connecting learners with life-changing opportunities. You'll lead a small, passionate team and design impactful campaigns that inspire, inform, and convert--across students, employers, and public sector partners.

You'll report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of the commercial engine that powers our purpose.

Responsibilities



Design and deliver powerful campaigns that drive awareness, inspire action, and boost enrolment Build authentic relationships that turn prospects into partners Manage and optimise ad spend across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms. Develop bold, insight-led marketing plans that speak to students, employers, and councils alike. Create effective social media campaigns covering our core channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). Expand our digital footprint--growing our presence across key channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and more). Craft and implement an authentic content and social strategy that connects, engages, and converts. Set and direct team KPI's aligned to company priorities Ensuring team KPIs are met on defined timelines Conduct mid-year and annual reviews with team members. Coordinate participation in industry events and conferences focused on employer engagement. Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials showcasing student achievements and industry partnerships. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using various office software applications for reporting and presentations. A solid understanding of project management principles is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
