The business offers a wide range of services including gel polish, BIAB, acrylic and ombre extensions, Gel-X, dip powder, classic manicures and pedicures, and fish pedicures. With a growing client base and an active online presence, Natural Nails is expanding its commercial and marketing activities to strengthen its brand and increase revenue.
Role Overview
The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for driving client growth, managing the salon's marketing activities, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting commercial development. The role combines digital marketing, customer relationship management, and sales optimisation to ensure continued business growth and customer retention. The postholder will work closely with the salon director to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing and promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Development
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Natural Nails' services across digital and in-store channels.
Manage the salon's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook), including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
Create and design promotional materials, seasonal campaigns, offers, and service highlights to increase brand awareness.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee updates to the online booking platform, ensuring accurate service listings and a smooth customer journey.
Produce monthly marketing performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
Sales & Client Growth
Develop client acquisition strategies to increase bookings, repeat visits, and referrals.
Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses and influencers to expand Natural Nails' reach.
Identify sales opportunities within the existing service offering, including upselling add-ons such as nail art, chrome finishes, and premium treatments.
Monitor customer behaviour and booking patterns to suggest new packages, loyalty schemes, and promotional bundles.
Support the management team in achieving revenue targets through effective marketing and sales planning.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain high-quality client communication through email, messaging platforms, and social media.
Coordinate and respond to client enquiries, feedback, and partnership proposals.
Enhance the salon's online reputation by managing reviews, encouraging positive feedback, and addressing issues professionally.
Ensure brand consistency in all client-facing communication.
Operational & Administrative Duties
Track marketing and sales budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of promotional campaigns.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
Assist with in-salon events, promotional days, and community engagement activities.
Support the development of internal processes to strengthen customer service and streamline bookings.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required
Experience in marketing, digital marketing, sales, or customer engagement roles (preferably within beauty, retail, or service industries).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook.
Ability to create engaging content, analyse performance metrics, and optimise campaigns.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Understanding of brand positioning and customer experience management.
