With this Graduate Program, we want to foster and drive digitalization of our Marketing & Sales functional areas within our Business Area Replacement EMEA.

You will join the UK Tyres team and embark on this exciting opportunity. The Graduate program will last for 18 months before you move into your role. The Program is split into 3 sections. They are as follows:

1st stay in Home Market - UK (6 months):

• Onboarding Phase: Introducing Continental and the Business Area Replacement EMEA
• Gaining profound business understanding of the Replacement Tires Business EMEA
• Building a strong local network with stakeholders and internal and external customers
• Working in a Sales department in your home market (UK)

2nd stay abroad in Central Functions - Germany (6 months):

• Gaining knowledge and building a network with the central functions/ headquarter functions
• Working in Central IT, Digital Solutions or eCommerce (most likely in Hanover, Germany)
• Working on one common Graduate Pool project combining the functional areas Sales and IT/ Digital Solutions

3rd stay in Home Market - UK (6 months):

• Preparation in your home market (UK) for your target position (this could be within our Sales, Marketing or Technical Services division )

Qualifications

• Masters or bachelor\'s degree with honours in Business Studies, Economics or any other related subject.
• First practical experience through (UK or international) internships/ jobs as working student or international employment
• Strong digital skill- and mindset enabling strategic use of IT and digital technologies
• Strong ability in analytical/ structured thinking
• Strong ability in problem solving
• Profound project management skills
• Fluent English language
• Strong collaborative skills working in international teams
• Intercultural experience through international internships or semester(s) at a university abroad is desirable
• Flexibility and mobility to work abroad during the Graduate Program is mandatory
