We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Trainee to support day-to-day customer interaction and brand communication activities. This role focuses on learning key marketing techniques, developing communication skills, and contributing to customer-facing outreach in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily customer conversations and basic product or service explanations
Support marketing activities by delivering clear and consistent messaging
Learn and apply communication, presentation, and customer engagement techniques
Contribute to simple administrative tasks such as activity tracking and updates
Work collaboratively within a team to maintain a positive and professional environment
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Organised, reliable, and comfortable speaking with customers

No prior experience required -- training provided
