What You'll Do
Own and manage
our organic social media channels across all social channels, including posting, engaging, answering questions, etc.
Work closely with our
videographer and Head of Growth
to plan and execute content that drives brand visibility and engagement
Create graphics, post images, and thumbnails using
Canva, Photoshop, or your design tool of choice
Write compelling copy
for posts, hooks, captions, and CTAs that reflect our brand voice and drive action.
Build and maintain a
content calendar
, plan campaigns, and align content with marketing initiatives and product launches
Repurpose video clips, property highlights, podcast snippets, and educational material into shareable, platform-native content
Monitor performance metrics and
spot trends
to inform content direction and iterate on what's working
Collaborate with the wider team across
property, education, and investment
to ensure content is relevant, consistent, and high-impact
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience running and growing organic social media channels
Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
Strong copywriting ability, especially for short-form, engaging social posts
Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube content formats
Comfortable collaborating and working with others (other departments, clients, customers, etc).
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
Confidently showing up on-site, visiting properties, and capturing behind-the-scenes content when needed
Bonus Points For:
Freelance or agency background (used to managing multiple projects and working independently)
Experience in property, real estate, or personal branding
Knowledge of YouTube growth, podcast repurposing, or short-form video editing
Familiarity with tools like CapCut, ChatGPT, Notion, or scheduling platforms (e.g. Later, Buffer, Hootsuite)
