An exciting opportunity has arisen due to growth within the business and we are recruiting for a marketing and social media executive. This is a newly created role and will be a standalone position giving you plenty of opportunity to put your own stamp on the role!

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance the brand presence and engage audiences.

With a strong understanding of all social media platforms you will manage these and ensure they are aligned to the business growth plans. You will assist with public relations and have the ability to create captivating content.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each social media platform. Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback, responding promptly to enhance community engagement. Maintain website to ensure it runs in line with social media platforms. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure social media campaigns meet objectives. Analyse performance to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies to keep our brand relevant. Assist in managing public relations efforts through social media channels to promote positive brand image.
Experience

Proven experience in social media management. Ability to communicate with internal teams, external clients, senior management and stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media management tools. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and proactive in your approach. A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas that capture audience interest.
