Are you a driven creative who thrives in a fast paced retail environment? We are looking for an Artworker to join our Convenience Marketing team.
In this role, you'll be the bridge between creative vision and store execution. You will coordinate and deliver regional and store specific marketing assets that drive trade and engage customers. From themed promotional materials to multi-channel assets, you'll ensure every piece of communication is on brand, high impact, and ready for the shop floor.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering high quality digital and POS and promotional materials, working closely with our internal design team and external agencies.
Ensuring all work adheres strictly to brand guidelines.
Proactively managing your own workflow to meet tight deadlines in a reactive, fast moving environment.
Working as a key partner to the Convenience In Store Marketing team to optimise assets for our growing customer base.
Following core processes and systems to ensure data security and design accuracy.
About you
We're looking for someone who is ready to push their career forward and take the step into a large scale business. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to develop further within their marketing / graphic career for a well known large retailer. You will have:
Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a solid understanding of photography, typesetting, and desktop publishing.
Strong knowledge of printing processes and pre-press requirements.
A National Diploma (or equivalent) in Graphic Design or a related field.
The ability to multitask under pressure without sacrificing your high standards for detail.
You are independent and practical, yet thrive in a collaborative, "all hands on deck" environment.
