Are you ready to take the next step in your marketing career? We are seeking a Marketing Assistant for a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to promote the firm's marketing and business development initiatives across various practice areas, including Real Estate, Banking and Finance, and Property Disputes.

The Role




The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in the firm's marketing efforts.


Help with marketing communications and campaign management, including digital and printed materials Plan and manage events, conferences, webinars, and seminars Coordinate new joiner admin tasks and manage budgets, diaries, travel, and expenses Assist with legal directory submissions and interviews Implement marketing strategies and work closely with partners and fee earners Contribute to PR and social media efforts, including press releases and website updates

The Candidate




The ideal Marketing Assistant will possess the following qualities:


Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail Eagerness to learn about new sectors and support business development Team player ready to assist colleagues Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure Willingness to work flexibly, including outside office hours for events Proficient IT skills and interest in digital/social media 12-18 months of marketing experience in a professional services or B2B environment
